Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana broken into smaller chunks
  • 2/3 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 handful baby spinach or chopped kale
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder optional


  • Add milk, water and greens to Vitamix or strong blender and mix.
  • Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.


Use any nut milk you have on hand.
Use only nut milk for rich, creamier texture.
Add 1/3 cup plain yogurt instead of protein powder if desired
