1 cup coconut water
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 frozen banana, broken into smaller chunks
2/3 cups frozen blueberries
1 handful baby spinach or chopped kale
1 scoop vegan protein powder (optional)
Add milk, water and greens to Vitamix or strong blender and mix.
Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Use any nut milk you have on hand.
Use only nut milk for rich, creamier texture.
Add 1/3 cup plain yogurt instead of protein powder if desired
