- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 frozen banana broken into smaller chunks
- 2/3 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 handful baby spinach or chopped kale
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder optional
- Add milk, water and greens to Vitamix or strong blender and mix.
- Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Use any nut milk you have on hand. Use only nut milk for rich, creamier texture. Add 1/3 cup plain yogurt instead of protein powder if desired
