Crispy Chickpea Snack
Here's a healthy snack you can feel good about!
1 15-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Heat oven to 400
Thoroughly dry the chickpeas with a kitchen towel or paper towel. Remove skins if desired.
Put the beans in a bowl and season with oil, salt, cumin and garlic powder. Add your favorite spices!
Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes. Move the beans around after 15 minutes and turn the baking sheet.
Remove from oven. Let cool then check for taste. Add more seasonings if desired.
Try not to eat them all at once!
