Sweet Potato Chips
- 1 Sweet Potato
- olive oil
- Sea salt
- Optional spices: cinnamon curry, chili powder, cumin
- Heat oven to 400º
- Peel sweet potato and slice it as thinly as possible*. Toss the slices with a teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt. You can add seasoning if you’d like (cinnamon, cumin or chili powder are some good options.) Lay them on a lightly greased sheet pan and bake for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees, until crisp.
- Allow to cool completely.
- To make slicing easier try softening in the microwave for a minute or two.
