Log Your Points Each Day
Every day during the TWC, log in to the website and enter your points for each category. It's easy! You can even do it on your smart phone.
Sam earned 10 nutrition points today because she ate:
- a bowl of oatmeal with fruit for breakfast
- a Caribbean style salad with black beans for lunch
- salmon with grilled vegetables
- She chose to have crispy onions on the side with her salad so gave up a point
- She had a glass of wine so did not earn a point for avoiding alcohol
She earned 2 fitness points:
She went on a 30 minute bike ride and remembered to stretch later.
And she earned the 3 out of 3 wellness points:
Mary meditated in the afternoon and shared her daily reflection. She earned her third point because she got 7 hours of sleep the night before posting. She went to bed at 10:30pm and woke up at 6am.
She had a great TWC day!
