Kale Chips


1 bunch of kale, cleaned and patted dry

1-2 teaspoons olive oil

sea salt and pepper


Preheat the oven to 400º

Tear the bunch of kale into bite-sized pieces. Toss with a teaspoon or two of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes, until crisp. Allow to cool completely before serving.
