    After many Challenges I was finally able to make the switch to almond milk in my tea. Also, I switched to drinking green tea (instead of black). I also cut off caffeine at 2:00 and that has helped reduce my getting up in the night. However, I still need work with portion control and rating my hunger before eating. I am already looking forward to the next Challenge! Thanks so much Ginny!
