SO glad I did the challenge although my last day on it was a wash except for no alcohol. Wanted to stop drinking for the challenge and managed to do it but for two days – yeah and definitely ate more salads. So my goal in going forward will be to continue to try and follow it as closely as possible on most days. I know I have definitely changed the way I eat and increased my nutritional education from participating in this over the years. Thanks Ginny for you guidance and supporting us in a healthy lifestyle.
