Was able to put myself back to sleep this morning (when the clock said 4 am) by deep breathing and yoganidra. Learned last night that a former BbG-er and Seargent’s Program exerciser passed away Monday night. Her son is graduating from high school this month. Sometimes life is just plain sad.
