Thought I missed the points for the day, but managed a good last day (just missed the water!) and even mindfully meditated. I went to get blood work this morning for physical next week, so will be interested to see those numbers. Didn’t lose my normal TWC 5 (which I usually just promptly put back on), but also don’t feel like I want to eat a bunch of stuff I didn’t get to eat (cause I did, intermittently).
So there we are: not working (and stress of hunting), in May, is a harder TWC for sure.
