I took my free nutrition day for the last day because we had an 8 1/2 hour drive to South Carolina. I did splurge with a milk shake and barbecue sandwich, but had a big salad for dinner ( with a glass of wine) once we arrived. Didn’t get exercise or decluttering in today, but did stretch. I did tons of decluttering this week so I am OK with that. It was a good challenge. It does get easier each time you do it I wa happy to lose 5 lbs, although my goal was 8 lbs. But I am happy with that. I wasn’t able to exercise as much this challenge as I usually do (a combination of weather, health and being too busy) so happy with what i accomplished.
