    lost some points from trivia night at a bar for dinner. There wasn’t really anything appealing and service was pretty awful so I just skipped eating and had some carrots and humus when we got home. I’m thankful for Ginny, BbG and ya’ll for another great TWC!

    crazy weather day yesterday but so happy to see the sun again! I almost didn’t do this TWC for the first time since I did my first one several years ago but I’m so grateful that I did. I tend to eat TWC all the time but some non-TWC things had crept into my routine so it was good to reset again. And to work towards stretching everyday!

    enjoyed an exercise day off and did a nice yoga video followed by a long stretch.

    after a long day yesterday I almost skipped stretching but forced myself to do it before I went to bed. it was a nice way to end the day.

    Enjoying the mild temps for early am BbG! I’ve picked up the habit of meditating every day over the challenges so happy to have a very attainable lifestyle challenge to finish things off.

    came up a little short on veggies but I did roast a whole bunch of sweet potatoes, eggplant and zucchini for the week. went for a nice run in the warm sun and had a nice long stretch.

    Took my free day yesterday and enjoyed (but didn’t go too crazy) out for dinner at bartaco.

    Good day yesterday. I didn’t get all my veggies and I skipped stretching and oh yeah … that lifestyle challenge!

    did a nice yoga video for a good stretch. ate well although getting a little bored since I’m eating the same thing over and over. need to go back to the recipe page for some inspiration for this coming week. I did make turmeric chicken last night which is always super yummy.

    Manage to negotiate an all-day work meeting in Richmond. Went to be early the night before so I could get up early for Stewart Park BbG and then took healthy snacks and thankfully they served yummy healthy food. I didn’t stretch and I checked the traffic on my phone over breakfast.

    good day – started with a nice run. I’m enjoying the sun coming up earlier and earlier so that it’s not all in the dark! lost the lifestyle point again 🙁

    This lifestyle challenge is going to be tough for the first time. I usually eat breakfast and lunch at my desk at work – so in front of my computer. I’ll try shaking things up a bit by doing some reading or eating lunch with my coworkers.

    • Me too! I usually gobble down oatmeal at my computer. The first time we ran this challenge I immediately lost a point but now I’m getting used to it!

    made some good progress on my decluttering project. will continue this week and next weekend. went for a nice run in the morning followed by a long stretch. Food all good.

    Day off from exercise but did some extra stretching. Lost some points going out to dinner my folks last night but was mindful about it. Made some real progress on my decluttering project. It’s going to stretch into this week.

    Friday was good! Stewart Park BbG felt tropical with temps up in the 30s! I’m still working on my big decluttering project and have to admit I’m not being very effective in getting rid of cute things that my kids have produced over the years.     Busy day yesterday with not much time at home so no decluttering or stretching. Loved our chilly morning SP work out – with a beautiful moon and sun rise.

    So great to be able to go to BbG at PO yesterday. It was a beautiful day and so nice to see my PO friends. It was a nice calm day at home so did well with food.
