Thanks Ginny! I really needed this kick to start getting back on track with identifying what is within my control (and what isn’t) with respects to feeling energetic and healthy. I realized that I certainly don’t need artificial sugars, and avoiding added sugar isn’t impossible. I love oat milk, but still want creamy, salty feta in a salad. For the record my weight didn’t budge, but my husband lost the few pounds he’d been struggling with (he wasn’t on the challenge, but he dutifully eats what I put in front of him so has had lots of roasted veggies, greens & lean protein).
