Of course this dessert is not made with Nutella because Nutella isn't part of a healthy recipe! But this dessert does taste like Nutella because we use hazelnuts and a few other simple ingredients.
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 12 dates, pitted and ripped in half
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of sea salt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until a dough forms. Place mixture in a small square glass container, cover with a piece of parchment or wax paper and spread to an even thickness. You can also roll into balls if you prefer.
