Pickled Red Onions
These easy to make onions add a delicious pop to wraps and salads. Make them first so they'll be ready when you assemble your meal!
- One red onions sliced very thin
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Place all ingredients in a jar with a lid. Shake to mix well. Let sit for at least 15 minutes. The longer the onions marinate the better they'll be.
