Vegan Pesto

A few simple ingredients mixed together to make any meal pop.


  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast


  • Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix or strong blender. Add a small amount of filtered water if necessary.
